Thank you so much for caring for my lovely cat who needed you today, he didn’t come home with me, but I felt really welcome and looked after, and he was speedily assessed and loved from when we walked in till I sadly had to walk out alone.

Very caring vet after my cat was mauled they did everything but unfortunately we let her go as her injuries were very bad .they will continue to be my vet to look after my other pets .

It says they’re a vet. They’re actually butchers. Butchers with blunt knives. Always get a second opinion for anything other than a basic checkup. Been going here since 2008. Have always treated everyone there with the utmost respect. Tried to resolve my issue with their incompetence, and apparently it’s ok for staff to be rude and lie to longtime customers , and butcher their dog.

Very dissatisfied with the service my fur baby received. Had surgery and did not receive any follow up call as I was advised I would paid for 2 biopsies and was told both came back inconclusive. Then found out from an out side sorce the vet I was dealing with was leaving. If I had known the vet I had intrusted my fur baby to was leaving I would of never had them do the surgery. I also had to chase them up to get the results of the biopsies to say this is unsatisfactory is a understatement if I could give no stars I would have

The team fitted me in at extremely short notice when my cattle dog suffered an injury to his foot.
The reception staff were friendly and the vet I saw was lovely – very caring and gentle to my anxious boy.

Very fair pricing, and have your beloved pets health as a high priority over unnecessary procedures to make a buck. We came here after very bad experiences with other vets in the area and haven’t looked back. We love the staff here and highly recommend
