Has anyone else received a ‘client registration’ form? And if I don’t fill in the form ‘it may impact the service we are able to provide you with’… what does THAT mean? Such a shame so many country vets have become businesses and kindness and caring of their clients has taken a back seat. No money, no service.

Was 5 Star but then Andrew retired and I was insulted for showing compassion towards a Kitten by a young female veterinarian, so now I take my animals elsewhere..

Its definitely changed in the last 6 months. Basic Prices have doubled and some other services are 10x more expensive. Had my dog ear surgery, teeth cleaned and removed in January 2021 for $510 and in December 2021 had another teeth clean only $830 with $1300 if teeth had to be removed???? So for teeth cleaning and removal prices have sky-rocketed. Wouldn’t want to have three or four animals……

Took my turtle here and Kate was fantastic. She researched about my turtle and gave great advice. We also spoke over the phone a few times before bringing him in, which she took the time to contact another vet and get back to me with advice. Absolutely lovely and great service!

The best vet clinic I have ever dealt with. Our fur son wouldn’t have made it after being shot if not for there fast and professional action. They treated our boy like their own, giving him love and affection. They allowed us to contact them 24/7 when he returned home if we were worried about him, reassuring as with empathy and understanding. We wouldn’t take our two munchkins anywhere else. Thank you to Lauren and the rest of the incredible staff for saving our boys life. Regards Alex, Christine, Grimmdoodle and Dim-Sim.
