Hands down, these guys are the best dog groomers in Brisbane! I’ve moved around a fair bit and tried taking my boy to multiple other groomers all over Brissy. My doggo has pretty severe grooming anxiety, to the point where other places have struggled and he’s ended up at the vet under sedation to successfully be groomed.
Not these guys! I explained his anxiety and told them I’d like to develop healthy training around grooming and they’ve worked with me and Donnie, surprisingly, it’s been much quicker than I anticipated… the groomers are brilliant- they’re so kind, they spend the time making him feel comfortable (and it doesn’t come across like a hassle) and most of all, he comes home without any nicks or scratches… and he clearly feels like a million bucks.
If you are looking for a reasonably priced, super caring, professional and top quality doggo grooming service…The Trusty Dog Wash- they’re your people. Seriously, if you’re considering booking in with them, I suggest you go ahead. You won’t regret it & your pooch will thank you for it! 🐾 ❤️ 🐶

Lovely salon and even nicer staff. So helpful and friendly and they did an amazing job on my very nervous little Maltese poodle. Loved the little touch of sending you a photo of the new haircut once they are done, so cute. We have definitely found our new regular groomers! Thank you so much.
I am very pleased with the service they provided. Due to past bad experiences my dog was very nervous about her first groom with them but the staff were very lovely and understanding. I am definitely going to be coming back again.
Another great groom for Tika, she had many mats in her coat that were easily dealt with by the team. Love the booking system that is able to be customised to what my pup needs.

Today was the first visit for my 13 year old Cavoodle Max and I to The Trusty Dog Wash – but it definitely won’t be our last! Nikita was so patient & kind to him when he arrived, anxious to be at a new groomer since we moved to a new neighbourhood. His groom is wonderful & he came home very happy with his fresh wash & groom.
