I’m a monthly buyer of food here and eveynow and then I find food with bugs on the bag and I just scavenger around until I find the cleanest one but today was the day… I went on the 2 to buy a bad a food, like I always do 2 or 3 days before his food ends, so after I open the bag today it was full of bugs. I go to the store and explain that I want to change the food because of the bugs. The manager comes and tries to do the exchange but I don’t have the receipt, so know I look for my email but the receipt was sent to my old email, so then the nice cashier helped me and changed my email and she did. After 20 minutes of waiting I finally received the emailed she sent (nobodies fault) and I changed the food but I had to go get another new bag to replace the one with bugs. So I go and get the new “clean” food and when I start looking for a bag I noticed that eveysingle bag I pulled out was full of bugs. It took me another 5 to 8 minutes of pulling out bags and searching for a clean one until I found this Blue brand for seniors because it was the cleanest one. And even STILL I come home and here’s a pictire of bugs on the outside of the bag…. but wow.. that store. Itmf you look underneath bottom shelves it’s full of bugs. National Geographic can probably make a hole episode on bugs

Lines here are insane. Management should hire more people or put more cashiers on registers when the line is so busy. There are three employees wandering around while the line goes to the back of the store and around the isle. 30 people in line and not moving. I walked out. Going to PetCo and Amazon!!!!
