Dr. Sonya at Hills Animal Hospital consistently receives glowing praise for her caring, devoted, and professional approach to veterinary service. Many pet owners commend her genuine love for animals, willingness to provide sound advice, and her ability to create a positive environment. The hospital is also commended for its late hours and life-saving aid, and is highly recommended by many for its professional, warm, and knowledgeable demeanor. While some customers expressed discomfort in not being allowed to accompany their pets during consultations, the majority highlighted the efficient, reasonably priced, and highly effective services offered. Furthermore, the convenience of booking appointments and the clinic's supportive approach have won the hearts of several pet owners who travel long distances to receive their services.

I brought my little boy here after reading so many positive reviews about Dr Sonya and no doubt she is an amazing VET so caring and genuinely loving. She treated my Milo with so much love and gave some real good advice. Definitely the VET to go to.

Don’t understand why we were not allowed in the clinic even long after covid lockdowns… We couldn’t be with our pet during the consult and also feel a little uneasy just to hand over the credit card and wait outside
