Review Summary
Here's a summary of the most recent reviews on The Pet Community
Caulfield Veterinary Clinic is widely appreciated for its knowledgeable, friendly, and professional staff who are known to treat both pets and their owners with utmost kindness and compassion. Despite being a little pricier than some competitors, their quality of service is highly regarded, with many praising the clinic's commitment to pet health and recovery. The team's understanding of nervous animals and their ability to create a relaxed environment is a highlight, as is their willingness to answer questions and provide helpful advice. Minor concerns such as less disabled-friendly parking options were mentioned, but overall, the clinic is highly recommended by many pet owners, some of whom have moved further away but continue to return for the exceptional care their pets receive. The resident cat is a delightful bonus!

We had a truly awful experience with our sweet kitten becoming unwell. Dr. Jana treated us with such kindness and compassion. We will never forget the professionalism and support we felt and hope to make this our vet clinic for ever now

They were so helpful and attentive with my pet and lovely to allow me to sob uncontrollably. My cat was very relaxed with the team there and they kept me very informed. Grateful for them in her last weeks.

My cat, Spice, would not be alive if it wasn’t for Janene and the team at Caulfield Vet Hospital. In December my cat fell ill with a mystery illness that almost took her life. Janene didn’t give up and persevered when there was very little hope. Through her care, wisdom and years of experience my beautiful cat made an incredible recovery. We are forever grateful. We’ve been taking our fur babies to Caulfield Vet Hospital for years. The vets and nurses genuinely care about animals and handle them expertly, with gentleness and respect. Heartfelt thanks to Janene. I know we would not have Spice with us today, without Janene’s expert care.
