Went entirely to get sedatives for my dog. I was given the sedatives but minimal information on how they worked, the little information I was given was flippant. We then had a very stressful day because the sedatives were very strong and we didn’t understand what was happening to my dog. A day of stress that could’ve been avoided entirely if the vet had just taken more time to give me information about the tablets.

Took my Sheltie, Jesse, to see if she had a grass seed in her ear. Sure enough. Took less than 10 minutes to sort the problem and pull an enormous seed from her ear. Professional, very lovely staff… definitely value for money!
