Hello George, I’m I am confused about this 1 star review. I think you must have meant to give it to a different groomer. Your appointment with me, for your dog Bijoux, was over 4 months ago and you have never said anything to me during this time.
On the day you were incredibly rude to me; even though I changed my whole day around and canceled my much needed physiotherapist appointment to accomodate you.
I know you were aware of how rude and horrible you spoke to me because you apologised via text later that night. You said I did a ‘fantastic job’ grooming your dog Bijoux.
As I am unable to attach to this response, I have added the screenshot of your text apology to the photos on this page for your reference.
I hope you have a lovely Christmas and all the best for 2024.

We have been taking our Border Collie Ruby to Sarah for over a year now and can’t recommend her highly enough.
She does an amazing job and Ruby always comes back looking and smelling amazing, after being incredibly spoilt! She has fabulous breed specific knowledge and always takes fantastic care of our girl.

Sarah takes extra care with our little Maltese-Shihtzu, Maggie, who does not enjoy her nails being clipped or the dryer. Sarah is “all about the dog” and I couldn’t ask for anything more from any groomer.

I have been taking Cooper to see Sarah monthly for years now. She is the best in the business and he is not the easiest dog to groom. He always looks and smells amazing when he comes out and it lasts for weeks. Customers for life!

Best dog groomer! You can see as soon as you meet Sarah how much she loves dogs and loves what she does. I always get compliments on how gorgeous my dog looks after having a groom. Plus my dog absolutely loves going to Sarah to get a wash and groom. Highly recommend!!

I highly recommend Sarah at Scruffy to Fluffy. My puppy dog, Chester was groomed by her for around 6 years, from being 11 years old until he passed away at 17 years old. (I’d previously gone through a fair few groomers by the time I came across Sarah & they fell far from the mark as too impersonal!!)
Sarah is a wonderful professional groomer who cares personally for each pet & always has time on pick up to share any funny/special experiences she has while they’re with her. She also lets you know if she finds any problems during grooming & advises if she can or to see a vet
I preferred that she was ‘by appointment’ so that Chester wasn’t away from home for long, especially in his later years. She was so caring & gentle as he aged & I thank her for her patience & time with him (& me) at this stage
If I do get another pet, I wouldn’t hesitate in taking them to Sarah to be groomed, even if I had to travel a fair way. I’d trust her with them implicitly

Great groomer, as our 18mnth old Mini poodle has and is having issue’s with previous groomer we’re we came from (Top End Aus), Scruffy to Fluffy is now working with our Dog and we are making very good progress which we believe will end up with a great outcome.
