Reasonably priced, with a broad range of pet needs. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Fish stocks were a little disappointing but might have struck them between shipments.

was in there the other day with my young kids and there was an older man swearing and yelling the whole time. Extremely inappropriate behaviour when there are young kids around, especially in a place like a petshop. Will not be coming back.

I have been waiting over 3 months for them to order a double door crate which they said would only take 2 weeks max! I have followed up 4 times, each they’ve said they will call me back to discuss – never received a single phone call. Poor customer service and disgusting wait times.

Highly recommended. Huge range with great prices. Nice clean and tidy store with everything set up neatly. Fish tanks are always clean and fish all look healthy. Excellent customer service. Closes that little bit later on a Thursday which makes it nice to call in on way home from work to get anything my pets are needing.
