Sent my Great Pyrenees in for a groom and was absolutely disgusted on how my dog was returned to me. She was still dirty and had orange patches on her, she was returned damp to which we were told to just take her for a walk, they shaved behind my dogs ears completely without my consent and without even telling me that they had done that. Her fur will take around 5 months to grow back now. They also cut my dog when they shaved her.

You can tell they love animals and know what needs to be done to care for them. Clean facilities and friendly, efficient staff meant it was a great experience for my dog while she got treated.

If you want a vet who can do blood tests etc on site with out the wait, who is extremely knowledgeable and is happy to explain exactly what is happening look no further, how lucky is cockatoo to have such a fantastic vet clinic!

Lovely people to deal with, very knowledgeable and happy to explain things in simple terms when needed.
Did a great job for my 3 cats and my dog..
The teeth clean for the cat and dog (including a tooth removal for the dog) felt expensive BUT with no real comparison point for price its possible I got a really good price and that sort of thing just is expensive – after all, they have to sedate the animals and do some tricky stuff..
All in all, great experience and lovely people

We took our four doggies down to the clinic to get groomed. Every step of the way was beautiful, the ladies were so helpful with getting the doggies out of the car, to organising them inside. Sarah was so gentle with them, and they all came back home happy and clean and smelling amazing!
The clinic is clean and beautiful. All the staff at reception were helpful and kind – and our doggies were very happy when we picked them up. Definitely recommend it!

Candice is such a warm and caring person and I know that because of how much my dog, Lenny, loves it when he visits her. She gives great treatment, advice and also helps put mine and my partners minds at ease when we are concerned something might be wrong with Lenny. Highly recommend Candice as a Vet.
