Our labradoodle Frank is a big boy and super furry, Dogs Empire ensures he always comes home to us fluffy and fresh. Iris is friendly and great with dogs, Frank is happy after his cut and shampoo. I highly recommend Iris and her team.

We have been taking our dog to Iris for grooming for many years now. I have always been very happy with the price & service. My dog is happy as well. She comes home looking & smelling fantastic. Iris is very kind hearted & the animals can tell.

Thank you for your comment. If we have not mistaken, you might be the owner who brought the dog in and kept coming in to check if the dog was ready. We have explained very clearly your dog will be done within 2-3 hours. And keep coming into the parlour while we are grooming your dog is not ideal. As the dog can hear and smell that you are here, hence will get distracted. At the end, it is difficult for us to finish the groom within the timeframe.
Helpful ReviewWhile your dog was 90% done and we were doing the final touches (1 hour 45 minutes), you came in again. When we asked your politely not to come in until received a call from us, you got extremely upset and started screaming and yelling at us to the stage where we decided to give your dog back to you unfinished and escorted you out from our premise without paying. Although you are the customer, but please be respectful, you are NOT entitled to yell at any of us.
Can totally understand no one wants to admit this kind of unreasonable behaviour. It is totally fine you will be back or not. As we do not need customers who are abusive and not respectful. Hope you will find a groomer that suits you. Good luck!

I’m so glad we went with your suggestion. We love Max’s cut, it’s so artful, highlights his soulful eyes , until now I hadn’t realised is his best feature! Definitely the very best haircut he’s had and we’ve tried a few places. Very happy, we’ll definitely see you again !

I’ve been taking my dog Arlo a Bordoodle here for the last year. They always do a wonderful job and are very quick so he is not waiting around too long. He is also not the best with being clipped and they have been very patient with him whilst he gets used to being groomed on a regular basis. Thanks Iris and Dogs Empire.

Iris and her team have been grooming my dog for years, and my dog doesn’t have the easiest hair to cut and she hates having a bath, but they always do a clean and neat job. They are always happy to follow my instructions on the way I like my dogs hair cut, and she is always ready when I go to pick her up. Easy parking near the salon for drop off and pick up.

Mabel went for her first ever haircut today at Dogs Empire. She looks adorable (bias?) The team did exactly what we asked, her cut is very neat and her hair is so soft! She also smells lovely which is a bonus!

My sister does not have access to google review so I’m writing it on her behalf. Her request to have her dog scissor cut so the dog would still have shaggy hair was ignored. The dog had been shaved. No explanation, no apology when my sister complained. Appalling customer service. Spend your money where the business owner cares about looking after the customer. If she could give it zero stars she would have.

Iris and the team at Dogs Empire always do a wonderful job on my boy. He is a King Charles Cavalier cross Maltese, so he has those beautiful long ears and fanning tail. They treat him like a prince and he is always so happy when we arrive. Their shop is always spotless and smells lovely. I have taken my boy to a few groomers, and by far these guys are the best.
