Although we had to wait outside due to Covid our experience at this vet has always been excellent, his prices are affordable the staff are caring and my animals feel at home. Norbert our standard felt very comfortable in their care and he’s very cautious about who takes him for a walk.

DO NOT TAKE A CAT HERE I brought my cat in who has a hole in the side of he’s neck and the vet grabbed him by the back of he’s neck and pulled him out of the cat carrier with a harsh and aggressive action, causing my cat to get hurt even worse, then the vet starts going on about “how can you have a inside cat, how do you deal with the stink” but not in a actual question tone it was a judmental tone. Plus the hole in my cats neck is pretty bad because he has been lost outside for 3 weeks and I just got him back but the vet called me a bad pet owner for not bringing him in sooner even tho I just found him then when I said that he said I was lying and making excuses. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

My girlfriend and I took our 13 year old cat with a popped absyss on his neck/ear in a carrier with a removable top. The vet then decided to instead reef him out of the carrier through the door BY THE NECK. The vet proceeded to shove his finger INTO the absyss. Poor service. Never coming to you guys again

Helpful ReviewOnce i had to bring my dog in after a snake bite and stuart came in within an instant. It was boxing day and he was closed. But still came in to help. What a legend. Loz Carly and Penny are all sweethearts and very professional he has trained the girls to do things that school would never teach.
