  The guy actually hit my dog more than once to assert dominance. My dog had never had an issue with groomers before this and now he’s afraid of them because of it. If any of you use Bens make sure you watch your dogs like a hawk because they can’t be trusted

  Had my two boys done today, they have had bad experiences with groomers before so three of us a little nervous. Ben put me at ease with taking the time to ask me questions about my boys issues. They came out looking great.Thank you so much.
