UNETHICAL company for sure…
Bought a canary recently (about a month ago)
Petsmart sold me a sick canary (had intestinal parasites which take a long time to develop) and indirectly told me with the legal documentation they had me sign to blame it on the customer if anything was to happen to the bird and release Petsmart of all liability
I’m outing Petsmart because they obviously DO NOT work with reputable bird breeders and they are NOT transparent to their customers
$149.99 is the regular price for canaries (mine was 15% off)
$127.49 should be plenty to get my bird checked by a aviary vet and given medication before being sold
She had internal parasites which can also affect humans and other animals
Instead of treating the bird Petsmart wanted to make a quick sale and not deal with it
What kind of company is this???
PetSmart passes the burden on to the customer and Petsmart only cares about their money
Who knows where they get their poor birds from…
My advise DON’T GET BIRDS from Petsmart not worth the heartache
One day I hope a petition or something will be signed to hold Petsmart accountable and force them to take responsibility for properly caring for the birds they sell and giving full transparency to their customers

I took my two dogs as a walk-in to get nails grinded. Brian the groomer was not good at handling my small dogs and pulled too hard hurting their necks. Brian doesn’t seem to have the patience to get the job done right. The nails were still long. There are other groomers here that are better.

I would put 0 stars but it does not give that option. I took my 2 dogs to get their nails trimmed. The groomer was not professional at all. He was pulling hard on my dogs neck to to reach the nails. My dog has not acted like this before, she was throwing up because her neck was being pulled too hard, usually my dog is super cool and does not care about getting her nails done. She was super scared. Was not able to get my other dog in due to rabies not being valid, even though it’s due in 2025… 10/10 would NOT recommend this place.
