Been to vets before but the care and compassion and love and follow up. Wow. amazeballs. I hope to see you again for an emergency reason but you guys looked after us soooooo well. Can’t thank you enough. And the pooch is smiling again. Next time just a regular check up 🙂

I rang on a Saturday and asked for help my dog was really ill. I explained I could not pay until Monday. My dog was booked in for Tuesday. I still don’t know what killed her. Of course she was put down. She was a farm border Collie retired. After over 20yrs at this clinic I was shocked & still am !??!

They were absolutely fantastic, very professional, caring, friendly, and affordable. They were very prompt with an appointment, my little pouch visited with the vet the same day I telephoned them. After my pouch had visited with the vet, a few days later I received a telephone call to see how she was doing, I thought that was a lovely thing to do. I was extremely satisfied, and happy with their service, and I would definitely take my sick or injured animals back to this veterinary clinic again.

Not really a great clinic at all. They don’t send you reminder messages of upcoming appointments or if you’re pet is due for vaccines at all that’s very important. Theres really no after care calls either… Also I think someone there should retire as well, shes lovely but she really needs to retire sadly she always seems confused. I told her twice my dog was there for a vaccine on the day and she called me into the room lift my dog up she she could see her belly to take stitches out theres been a few other occasions like this it worries me…. They really need to sit down think of ways to improve there clinic. I went to another clinic and it was outstanding service compared to here.
