They were absolutely fantastic, very professional, caring, friendly, and affordable. They were very prompt with an appointment, my little pouch visited with the vet the same day I telephoned them. After my pouch had visited with the vet, a few days later I received a telephone call to see how she was doing, I thought that was a lovely thing to do. I was extremely satisfied, and happy with their service, and I would definitely take my sick or injured animals back to this veterinary clinic again.

Not really a great clinic at all. They don’t send you reminder messages of upcoming appointments or if you’re pet is due for vaccines at all that’s very important. Theres really no after care calls either… Also I think someone there should retire as well, shes lovely but she really needs to retire sadly she always seems confused. I told her twice my dog was there for a vaccine on the day and she called me into the room lift my dog up she she could see her belly to take stitches out theres been a few other occasions like this it worries me…. They really need to sit down think of ways to improve there clinic. I went to another clinic and it was outstanding service compared to here.

My dog had his brown teeth transformed into sparkling white teeth. They did an amazing job. I recommend going to this vet. The quality of the work exceeded my expectations and the price was discussed prior, so no surprise bills and unexpected costs. I give them 5 stars. Im very satisfied with the whole experience.

Rod and co have looked after our 4 dogs for 13.5 years now and we have always had a good experience. They have been there for us after hours when needed and always seem to find a spot in their diary for us. I am especially pleased at their ability to cut the nails of our squirmy, wiggly and reluctant mini foxies.

My cat recently went to Dapto vet to have her teeth cleaned. I dropped her off in the morning and picked her up later that afternoon. The staff were very friendly and answered any questions I had about the procedure. I was kept informed throughout the day on my cat’s progress and was even given the information in case I had an emergency when they were closed. My cat recovered well and her teeth are looking clean and healthy. The way they dealt with both me and my cat was extremely professional and a pleasurable experience. The price was also very reasonable; I would highly recommend this vet clinic to any pet owners.
