Review Summary
Here's a summary of the most recent reviews on The Pet Community
While there's a mixed bag of experiences at Daylesford Mind Your Pet, an overwhelming number of customers are sharing positive experiences. The majority applaud the business for its exceptional customer service, wide variety of pet essentials, and knowledgeable staff. They are particularly impressed by the personal touch in services, with some referring to the business as their pet's favourite place. The business's genuine care for pets is evident in their effort to help customers find suitable products, like harnesses for dogs. The staff's friendliness and helpfulness even during challenging times have not gone unnoticed. The business also boasts a great range of pet coats. However, as with any business, there's always room for improvement with a few customers noting they've had less than pleasant experiences.

This really is a brilliant pet supplies store.
Everything on offer is good quality, which of course is reflected in the prices of their premium brands.
But it’s the two proprietors who take it to the next level. They are amongst the nicest individuals I’ve met in Daylesford. And their advice is always spot on.
Yes, they’re that good.
A must-visit for anyone with feathered or furry family members. (I’m not sure about fish or reptile products, however, but will check and update this review.)

After purchasing a new puppy from a breeder in Hoppers Crossing we were able to find everything we needed to get set up and the staff were exceptionally helpful.
