I brought in a Possum as a member of the public. I was told you wouldn’t take it because you didn’t have medicine. I’m not a wildlife carer. I should have been able to leave the animal with you. But you refused to take it using lack of medicine as an excuse. You have wildlife carer that works for you so you should have known better. Next time don’t refuse to take animals. Yes we will call Monday. You really keen to push unnecessary survey onto pets and you refused wild animals. Shane on you.

I thought it was expensive my first go around but moving up from Sydney, (cheaper to see a vet there), they never diagnosed my dog in the years I took him, thousands of dollars. First time here and the Dr straight off knew what it was and now he’s on the right medication. He isn’t in agony anymore and is a normal happy dog now. I’m not charged a consultation fee everytime I need a repeat now either, so I’m not in agony either! I would absolutely recommend this vet!

I love Bohle Vet! Dr Richard is highly knowledgeable, caring & friendly. Prices are very reasonable compared to what you can pay at other vets, and supporting a small local business.

I love that the practice has a rural feel with lots of trees & gardens in a quiet and serene location. Always makes for a nice calm, less stressful visit to the vet with my fur babies.
Couldn’t want anything more in a vet!

Helpful ReviewI attempted to buy a simple worming product and was horrified at the misinformation given. I am familiar with what I use and happy to buy this same product which was on the shelf in front of me. The rude forceful attitude of the older woman with blonde hair trying to sell me something completely different and not even suitable to what I wanted was a joke. Upon leaving I heard her describe me as “Just a walk in” to another staff member. I couldn’t speak to the manager as she holds this position.
I am happy to spend my “walk in” money elsewhere

Helpful ReviewI apologise if I made you feel this way…. when I said you were “just a walkin” I was responding to our vet when he was asking if he was needed as our day was very busy and he was already dealing with an emergency… I in no way meant to make you feel less, by my choice of words and apologise sincerely for that. Presented with my 1 year old Am Staff who was limp on their floor & quite unresponsive they TURNED US AWAY!!
A few months ago, we also took our very young puppies there who were losing their fur & quite unwell. We were told “leave it for a week”. Unhappy with their response we took them to another vet who treated them for a horrible bacterial infection, which treatment lasted 3 weeks!
If we were to have left it, some pups could have lost their tails or their skin & fur may not have grown back!
I have seen more compassion from butchers.

Helpful ReviewI am sorry we were unable to see your Am Staff on Saturday the 25 th of September.
We do try and see as many emergencies as possible however we were already dealing with multiple emergencies in our hospital at that time with a full book of patients.
As hard as we try, when our team is short handed ( we had 2 members on leave and our experienced nurse unwell), or if we have had multiple emergencies present, we are sometimes unable to see you that day. Our team work very hard on a daily basis to give the best care to all of our patients. In this case that meant referring you to another clinic, as we did not have the staff nor the room in our hospital to be able to meet our high standards of care for your animal, as well as tend to our existing case load.
We encourage all our clients to call ahead so we can advise you of an appropriate time to arrive.
Unfortunately I am unable to find your file in our system, so I was unable to call you to discuss the circumstances in person. If you would like to discuss this further I encourage you to call the clinic and ask for the Practice Manager.
