    Not a lot of help and the aquarium tanks are pretty nasty. Not going here again for aquarium needs…maybe just dog food.

    They help me and my family member when the Vet GAC on 6th and broadway Galveston Tx he has have been seeing GAC for 13 yr they said couldn’t help. But charge 344.00 for telling me he can’t breath which is why i brought Dre it took the vet 10 min he new what was wrong . Thank them again for saving Dre life.

    Cassandra, the dog trainer, was very helpful in finding me a digestive sensitive dog food from Authority, after my dog had not eaten for 2 days ! I’m pretty sure she makes an awesome trainer too, except that my 15 year old Shih-tzu is kinda set in his ways by now.. lol. Again thanks for your service & expertise!

    Bather Ashley does not know how to handle undercoat during shedding season. Claimed too hard to blow out. Guess they dont really teach the bathers about handeling your babies while shedding. Tried to talk about it but she just refused to continue

    I’ve gone here since it open and they always have what I need. I have had a scorpion, 4 dogs, 2 cats and most recently a fish tank. They have always had me covered with supplies and helpful staff.. The selection of fish is lacking a bit, but it maybe harder to inport types of fish with the virus panic currently. Other than that super good deals on fish tanks and supplies! They also have decent groomers

    One thing I like about PetSmart most of the people there revolve for employment hardly ever see the same people twice in a 6-month period, the good thing is if you ask a question and they don’t know it they seem to know where to get the answer that’s a huge plus with me. Thanks PetSmart

    The dogs love to visit but it does get a bit frustrating that our favorite brands and flavors aren’t always in stock and tend to move around so we have to hunt for them. Seems each time we find something that works for our dietary-sensitive dog, they stop carrying it. The treat and toy selection is great, staff are always friendly. Prices can fluctuate wildly but this store still tends to be at or near the best prices on the better brands.

    They harass customers to sign up at the register! If I say no once or maybe even twice dont ask me again !!!! Its very scary, I felt like I was going to get beat up if I didnt sign up!! PLEASE STOP!!!!!! Asking 1-2 times is enough per visit! The checker literally asked me 4 times and then tried to get smart and say “oh you dont come here as much i guess”

    I would not trust their grooming department at this location. I spoke up about seeing a groomer being rough with a dog while I was in the lobby of the grooming department, and now we are banned from having our dog groomed here.

    I was very disappointed when my husband and I went in there this evening hoping to get some information in turtle care. When we first walked in, no one greeted us. Then one employee past right by us to go to the back. No hello. I proceeded to walk around. A different employee was working the floor. I walked past her twice and all she did was look at me. I told my husband to let’s go because they don’t have good customer service. On the way out, I walked back to the young lady working the floor and politely told her that no one acknowledged us and that disappointed us. She then asked if we needed help and I said no thank you. We left and went to Petco instead where were treated kindly.
