We couldn’t have been happier choosing Immerse as our wedding venue. From the beginning, they were incredible with communication always responding to any question so quickly. Having good (and lots of) food was so important to us and Immerse absolutely nailed it. The food was exceptional and abundant and so many of our guests have commented on how delicious it was. The venue itself is beautiful with so many ceremony options. The Immerse team are incredible, with a special shout out to Laura for being our amazing on the day coordinator. Nothing was too much for her and she made sure we always had everything we needed. We didn’t have to ask for a drink all night as the wait staff ensured we had a full glass all night long. Accomodation onsite was such a bonus for us and breakfast the next morning was delicious. We really couldn’t have picked a better venue and can’t wait to visit for a weekend lunch soon!

My husband and I got married at Immerse in November, 2022 – Having booked our wedding back in January 2021. Throughout the next almost 2 years leading up to the wedding, the Immerse team were an absolute dream to arrange a wedding with. Our selling point was how warm and caring the staff were, the amazing food, and of course with the venue itself being beyond beautiful and everything we could have ever wanted. On the big day we couldn’t have been happier with everything and would recommend getting married at Immerse in a heartbeat!

Nick and I got married here on the 19/11/2022 and boy what an amazing venue. From the communication, to the food, to the service, to absolutely EVERYTHING, Immerse has been absolutely amazing and so incredibly easy to work with.
They are very good at communicating and always happy to answer any questions/give advice.
I highly recommend this venue to get Married at and even to dine at for a Sunday Lunch.
Immerse made sure our Wedding day ran smoothly and we are forever thankful to have such an amazing team Host our Wedding.

My partner Leigh and I decided we couldn’t pass up the chance to get married at immerse, for its natural beauty, the chapel was exquisite, the stunning windows and rustic feel felt
Really warm to us and we knew at our first meeting with Carolyn it was a yes from both of us, the beautiful flowers were blooming on our day so we got very lucky with the sun.
Preparation for any bride can be overwhelming but having the immerse team and Carolyn there was nothing they couldn’t work around, my Made Of Honour has extreme allergies to diary and dairy proteins so they cooked her food on another side of the kitchen and she has been able to eat at a restaurant for 10 years!! I really admired that they made her feel really comfortable and she left feeling like she was another guest – which was very important to me on my big day!
All over the day was beautiful, the sun was out, no hiccups, and all of our guests enjoyed the food and had a lovely time, we dropped everything off the weekend before and it was all set up exactly how we wanted it.
Thank you Carolyn and team for giving us a beautiful fairytale wedding, it was like a dream

Our wedding was amazing, everything was so seamless, all the team made us feel welcomed and were very helpful. Weddings is what these guys do and they do them very well, they had everything organised in advance and made sure nothing was forgotten. If you are looking at the Yarra Valley then you can’t go past the Immerse Winery.

We had our wedding at Immerse last month and we had the loveliest time!! The team at Immerse is super on the ball, attentive, and accommodating. They were very responsive and helpful leading up to the wedding.
The venue was beautiful – love the vineyard chapel, the cosy feel of the venue, and the many photo-op spots. Food was superb, our guests raved about and enjoyed the food and drinks here!

Didn’t think much about it hard chairs disable not good couldn’t get in room steps room was lovely couldn’t have shower as in spar bed safety hassend keep rolling away we didn’t like the food breakfast eggs crisp others had Cockroaches spider + webs other cold water + uncomfortable bed sagging in the middle for the price exspect better not happy

We fell in love with Immerse the first time we visited and booked the venue for our wedding on the spot. The beautiful vineyard chapel and incredible grounds with endless photo opportunities took our breath away. We cannot fault the staff and service in the lead up and on the day – the team were amazing to deal with and no question was too hard. Where do I start? Immerse was the most perfect venue for the best day our lives! From the moment we arrived at Immerse for our tour we knew we were somewhere special. The vibe at Immerse is friendly, cosy and the big thing that jumped out was experience! Every staff member we spoke to we could tell they were going to make our wedding day and all the preparations required easy. They were so easy to deal with during planning, so prompt to reply to any email with even the silliest questions. And full of suggestions and ideas. You can tell that they are experts and have so much experience with planning the perfect day. Our wedding day was seamless. Laura, our coordinator, did a fantastic job managing everything behind the scenes so my husband and I didn’t have to worry about anything on the day. The venue is spectacular and has such a nice feeling to it. We got married in the garden chapel and it was gorgeous. The food was amazing and all our guests commented how tasty it was and how much of it there was. The wait staff were also so attentive on the night. And then at the end of the night my husband and I got to stay in the beautiful bridal suite, where there was a tray of dessert and wedding cake along with fresh champagne for us to enjoy. Our closest family and friends also stayed on site and it was great to have breakfast with everyone the following morning. I couldn’t speak highly enough of the experience we had having our wedding at Immerse. It was the best day of our lives and our guests all loved it too. The staff here are always on point, so friendly attentive and don’t pester couples to hurry their photo session. With grounds, accommodation and 2 chapels onsite, you can have an all in one solution for your wedding with a great range of suppliers to choose from. They have always catered to my team and I with open arms and a friendly smile.

We loved having our wedding and reception at Immerse. The venue would look great all year round, but it worked very well for our winter wedding. It’s a great location to have both the wedding and reception in the same place. The food, beverages and service was fantastic and of great quality. There are lots of great photo spots! We had our wedding at immerse this July. It was on relatively short notice with so many last minute changes and the staff at immerse were incredible to work with to ensure that the event ran smoothly. Coordination on the day and prior to the event with other vendors was impeccable and I cannot thank immerse enough. The chapels, reception halls and location overall is stunning. Would recommend immerse to anyone looking to have their wedding. Thank you immerse!
