Today 1:14/24 my husband and I wanted to adopt a kitten to add to our family. We went to Petsmart in Harlingen, and were told we could not physically see the cat unless we were serious about adopting. My question was” how will we know unless I can see if we like each other?” After not getting any where, we left without a kitten/cat.

We saw a kitten we wanted to see, I found “Victor” (what a blessing) I can’t say enough good things about Victor.
Victor made sure we had a bond with our kitty, he was very friendly and patient!
We went through the adoption, everything was explained. All the way to walking out the door with our new family member we felt happy about our choice to take the drive to Donna Pet Smart!
I thanked Victor again, and he said “ nothing makes me happier than to see a pet leave to their new home.
Thank you Victor! And pet smart you have an amazing member of your family with Victor!

Leslie is amazing with my elderly Golden Retriever! My dog is unstable and difficult to work with but Leslie is patient and my dog actually looks forward to her time getting groomed. You can definitely put your trust in Leslie and her grooming skills

So disappointed! Max had an appointment at 10 am for a grooming. He has been to many groomers before but since my mom is in town she decided to take him to one here before she leaves. They said it would take 3/4 hours before he would be ready. We finally get a call at 1:18 just to be told all that was done was a wash because he was to “aggressive” we have NEVER been told this before! We rushed to get him and the lady then proceededs to tell my mom she wasn’t able to do anything because she didn’t have any “help” and wanted her to take him back to her on Friday. He doesn’t even smell or look like he was washed. Here’s a picture of my moms “aggressive” puppy. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME!!

We took our 6 month old German shepherd to get a basic wash she had never been to the groomer and we were nervous but they did a really good job at making her feel comfortable she explained how our dog did through the grooming process. the store is clean and big we got a lot of good deals on holiday toys and sweaters for our dog we will be returning

Store is big, clean, and very well stocked. I got my puppy groomed for the first time there today and the groomers were very informative, patient, and helpful with my puppy. He came out looking very handsome. Thank you Madeline for making my little dood look good!
