Thank you Drouin Vet Clinic for looking after all my animals for over 25 years. From horses to sheep, dogs, cats, rabbits. We are very grateful for the care you provide. No way would I go any where else.

You guys are an absolute disgrace. If I could give you no stars I would. I’ve spent thousands of dollars at West Gippsland Vets and very reluctantly was having to leave them due to my own medical situation which leaves me unable to drive that far. To be told that you are “At capacity” is disgusting. I’ve taken other peoples animals to Neerim South Surgery plenty of times and you were never “At capacity” then.
Helpful ReviewI was reluctant to come back to your surgery anyway due to other people I know telling me how rude and non compassionate your staff were but I had no other options. Luckily after that phone call a lady has offered to drive my dog and I into Warragul as I had you on loud speaker. She was also disgusted by your response.

Absolutely wonderful veterinarian clinic. Our King Charles Cavalier Dodger, 11 years old who was going there for most of his life unfortunately had to be put to sleep due to his grade 4 heart murmur. The vet and staff were fantastic and very empathetic, sympathetic, respectful and supportive during the whole process. We are now taking our new puppy Jazzy there. I can’t speak highly enough of them.
