Been taking our boy here since we moved to Cairns due to an overwhelming number of recommendations & they have lived up to them.
Helpful ReviewGave him a full check the first time we took him in, asked about our property and his lifestyle and recommended the best vaccines and treatment plans for him. The fantastic service had continued throughout for check ups and they were awesome with keeping us in the loop when he needed surgery.
Anytime I have an issue or query, they are able to provide spot on advice over the phone or book in a time ASAP.
As soon as I give them my dogs name, they?re able to look him/us up… & just that extra level of care that means a lot. He loves coming into the vet?s because of your great staff.
Thank you Southside 🙂
