Happy with the haircut my dog received. A full groom and bath took just over 2 hours and I received a text when my dogs were ready to be picked up which was very convenient and better than having to talk on the phone with them. Points off because they said they did the claws but they have barely taken the tips off where I expected them to be cut all the way back to the quick. I hate doing claws myself so that’s why I want a groomer to do it.

My cavoodle Ebony was badly cut (10 stitches) by a dog groomer in Sydney two years ago. The only time since that happened that I tried to take her to a groomer she was petrified and shook uncontrollably.
I have been clipping her myself since but decided to investigate dog groomers in Tassie before boarding the ferry back to the mainland. After speaking to Sue on the phone and reading the reviews I felt she would be both understanding and compident.
Sue took time to make friends with Ebby before she started the grooming session. Ebby didn’t shake at all and came out with an excellent clip.
I would recommend Sue to anyone … especially if you have a dog that has had a bad experience with a groomer.
