My family and I have used this vet since we moved to Innisfail in 1993. Called regarding an appointment to be told won’t be till after 5pm and will incur an after hours fee. So called another local vet. Was told to bring my dog in at 5pm no extra fee.

We think our reception staff play a wonderful role in support; working with animals and communicating with their families requires an incredible amount of compassion every day. They work exceptionally hard to fulfill a very multi-faceted job role as they are also our nurses.

Words can’t express how grateful I am at the service we received. Zane was excellent at making our loved 10 month giant puppy Waffles, feel at ease. Not only did he keep me informed before, during and when his surgery was complete but has daily checked in, to make sure our little mate is recovering well. Very much worth a drive of an hour from Cairns for high quality care. Thank you Tropical Vet Services, Innisfail.

Lost the swabs we payed for didnt let us know till we contacted them 3 weeks later by then it was too late. At least they gave us a refund for the swabs. Didnt refund the consult fee however.

Really happy with service and in particular Jess who was in charge of Puppy School for Tillie. Her expertise ensured all puppies in group, each with their differences, were able to overcome many inhibitions and socialize by graduation day.
