My call was taken quickly, politely and with care.
Helpful ReviewWhen I arrived I was greeted with care and understanding and my concerns were listened to straight away. My pet was treated with kindness and respect. They kept me updated on her condition throughout the day and reassured me, I could call later if anything was concerning me after we went back home.

What a fantastic Vet Clinic. The care and attention to detail they gave to our dog “Tilly” was exceptional. Their Covid safe practtices are first class.

I am on holiday when I got worried about my cat, picked Echuca to go on violist because of furlife vet as I trust the one I see where I live, I called before closing time and a lady on the phone with a bad attitude when I was explain my cats issue hung up with them and called my vet and spoke to them and said I needed to take my cat in so I called back this vet to tell them and still had attitude with me I hung up once again was not going to take my cat to a place where they don’t care called my vet back to talk to them again and now monitoring my cat and if anything changes with be packing up my trip to take her to my vet so no it’s not about the money or anything like that I would not trust or give my money to this vet so rude

Rescued a joey , took it to the vetenry and they were going to contact foster wildlife.

I have a red tail black cockatoo and have to travel from shepparton. But what a difference it made to be treated with respect – maddie who is only in every couple of weeks – was worth the wait to get in to see them! She kept her voice low so as to not scare my timid bird. She was gentle in all her movements and helped me to learn how to do things myself. She made me feel good about the improvements i had made in getting my bird healthy again. My bird is calm in spite of all the tests and the checkup because she was so professional. I think shes the bees knees and i would travel to Melbourne if i had to (she also works there) the clinic itself was nice and let us wait in a safe space until maddie was ready which also was a big difference compared to the place we went previously (the previous clinic she was terrified the whole time) lovely people. Thank you for making this such a simple trip.

Ace got himself into a bit of trouble by eating a fish hook on NYE, the team were able to take Ace straight in and perform a life saving procedure to remove the hook from his stomach!
They were lovely and did an amazing job. Myself and Ace were very lucky that they were open for emergencies that night. I?m am truely grateful and soo pleased to have my boy back home with me.
A special thanks to Dr Sheryl, Dr Mark and Nurse Katrina they all made a very stressful time for me go smoothly.

Awful service and extremely overpriced. Took my dog in as she was not acting like herself and had been vomiting all day, they sent us home saying she was fine and gave us antibiotics.. less than 24 hours later she was dead. They refused to see her without a down payment and refused to rush her in when it was an emergency. They have provided nothing but heartbreak for my family. Now I drive my pets to Kyabram where I know they will receive top notch care.
