This is not a force free trainer and they do not know how to support reactive dogs. They believe you need to show your dog you’re the “alpha” and that they try to dominate you by sitting on the couch with you – which has been scientifically disproven for centuries. We booked with them 2 weeks in advance letting them know my 2 bichons are reactive to everything and yet upon going, they had off leash dogs approaching that weren’t trained, people coming in and out of the building and brought in other dogs to “demonstrate” specific things that their dog couldn’t actually do on command, all of which kept triggering my poor babies over and over again. Absolutely no control over the environment for dogs that were already above threshold. One of my dogs was hiding under a chair and the instructor kept approaching and then yanked her chain when she wouldn’t stop. Absolutely appalling. A week later we saw another trainer who helped us get a diagnosis for an anxiety disorder and the dogs are now receiving the care they actually need. Your dogs are not objects to dominate, please don’t see trainers like this that think they are!

I have been coming here for 2.5 years. I have taken my dog here since he was a puppy. They have been so helpful in any way that they can and have so much knowledge to share.
There is so much information around these days about how to train, feed and look after your dog that I really didn’t know what to do or where to start. These guys have so much good advice of where to start and what advice will and will not be useful.
Puppy training was amazing. They have lots of equipment out to help get your puppy for the real world before they can go for a walk!
Dog training on the pitch has been so rewarding. They have been so supportive through the highs and lows (especially the raptor stage of owning a puppy).
This is my first dog I have trained and I could not be prouder of the progress I’ve made with him through the support of these guys!

I was originally booked into one of the big chain obedience classes but they cancelled on me and I’m so glad they did! I happened across this place via a Google search and they’re honestly the best.
Helpful ReviewThey’re just a small passionate group of people who love dogs and have clearly spent years training them. I’ve asked them a million different questions about behaviours, toilet training, sleeping, feeding and more, and they’ve always spent time giving me great, in-depth advice. They treat my puppy like he’s their own. My son even comes to training with me and they are patient with him aswell.
I feel guilty getting all of this for only $10 per session. I think they feed my puppy more than $10 of food per session!
We have so much fun when we go here!

Very unwelcoming. No one introduced themselves on my first night there. The guy doing the introduction session just wanted to share his own opinion. Told me I was doing everything wrong. Won’t be going back and do not recommend.
