The online pickup service is terrible with this store and the Lake Worth location. I don’t mind going into the store even tho the food should be brought out to my car. But to have to wait in line inside the store defeats the purpose of me ordering online. Please hire more people!

I am very disappointed with the help I received. I placed a pickup order on 11/12, 2 hours before closing. on my email it said it should not take more than 2 hours to complete my order. I headed my way into the store 1 hour before closing just to check if it was ready. Instead of getting the help I needed she gave me her attitude and told me I was being impatient when all I was doing was checking. Furthermore, she told me to come back 11/13 at 9am to pick it up with an email confirmation. The confirmation email didn’t go through until 10:30am. When I arrived, they only gave me 3 items and 1 out of 14 toppers I had asked for. Not only that but the section for pickup was a complete disaster she herself, couldn’t find other people’s orders when they would come and pick up. Lastly, to put the cherry on top, I decided to go and look for the items that were allegedly not available. I found every single item that was on my pickup order after the manager said they were out of stock. I had to pay double and now I have to wait for my refund. Not sure what’s going on with the management, but they sure do have a mess everywhere. Hopefully she processed my refund right at least…

I shop at Petsmart a great deal and today I had the worst experience that I have ever had at a Petsmart. Myself and an employee rummaged through a bin of life jackets that were on sale. They were all marked $14.95… I have a bulldog, so it took a minute to find the proper size. She helped me and then went and told the front. When I got up to the register the lady is like oh some of these are not marked right. I said well in the bin, it said $14.97 for all not jist some, which is why I spent 20 minutes looking for the proper size for my bulldog. She calls over a manager who then goes and looks but never comes back. He says no it’s 2495 and nowhere was it marked. This particular life jacket that I was buying was the only one in that size, had no tags on it… None. So I know it was a return anyway. They were lacking in the most important thing that a person needs that is going to be dealing with the public and it’s called customer service. I will never come back to the store and I don’t recommend anybody come and shop at this Petsmart , drive an extra five or 10 miles to a different store, if at all!

The last 2 years it’s been good until lately the aquariums are in bad conditions. Very dirty filthy water and some fish are dead. I hope something is done asap. It’s the majority that need deep cleaning or maybe equipment need to be replaced, not too sure.
4 months later, after last review in May. Now today is September 7, 2023 and went by to hopefully purchase a fish and tanks were just as bad as last time but worse of the amount of dead fish… one tank had about 6 dead fish and others has at least one. This is my local Petsmart and I have to travel to Roanoke to buy from there
