Kirsty, Gemma & the team at Vetkind Fernlands have been nothing but amazing with our sweet border collie, Sadie. They are so understanding of her nature & try to make each visit as positive as possible 🙂 When she was attacked by another dog, they cared for her so well and we are truly grateful. I took my big dog down to Fernlands Veterinary Practice and I cannot recommend this vet enough. I was helped by Nurse Gemma and Vet Kirsty. They were both fantastic, listened and offered great advice and service and gave my dog 5 Star treatment. I will be returning to Fernlands Vet and will recommend them to anyone who asks. Thanks Team!

These vets are my absolute favourite. They make time to squeeze them in and accommodate where they can. They go above and beyond. They care about the animals not the $$. They are honest and don’t order unnecessary tests unless you ask for them. They are fantastic, especially with animals that also have reactive aggression

Always friendly, helpful and accommodating staff – top service. We absolutely adore our cats, and you can tell that the staff here really do love the animals that visit them too. They’re very quick to respond – especially when my tom cat had a paralysis tick. We would’ve been distraught if we lost him. As my youngest son would say “you’re top quality!” 😀

We take many measures to make a visit to the vet a happy experience for our pets and seek to help fearful and aggressive patients. We treated Sunny almost 6 months ago. He was fearful at his first visit last year and tried to bite the vet when examined. A few days later, he had a deep injury to a testicle and antibiotics were dispensed. The surgery that was undertaken was complicated, and a senior surgeon assisted with the procedure. The surgery was successful and healed well. Dental work was not performed. Sunny received good and kind treatment.
