We had a fantastic afternoon at the Manly Spirits Distillery. Neither of us being real gin aficionados we arrived with some degree of trepidation. No need for any such worries, we sampled from the menu of cocktails and had a great time. Chris and the other staff were great, nothing was too much trouble for them and their cocktail making skills are top notch. Great ambience, great staff, great location, fantastic product range of gin and other spirits. We’re definitely gonna return! Would not hesitate to recommend Manly Spirits for a relaxed afternoon tipple!

Thank you so much for a great lunch/tasting today.
The staff were all so helpful and knowledgeable and we learned a lot about both your gins & whiskey. The charcuterie board and Hummus were delicious too.
We left with some goodies and will definitely be back for refills!
We will now look at the Cocktail class or the Gin making class – decisions, decisions!

We had our work Christmas party here, it was the perfect venue and such a great event! Catering was lovely, the drinks great, the staff (led by James) friendly and helpful, everything ran so easily and without a hitch! We did a tour of the distillery and gin tasting, it was fun and interesting. Would definitely recommend Manly Spirits for an event.

Had the best time at this place last night. We were looked after by Logan who was the absolute best and the overall experience here was so good. Very reasonable prices and the gin was delicious and they put a big effort into making it an experience for you, and a really good one. 100% would recommend – must go here!!!

Just had the best night at manly spirits. Really cool vibe, great music and cool space. You get to look into the distillery while drinking, surrounded by whiskey barrels. Staff were good with a special shout out to chloe who was incredibly knowledgeable and answered all our questions about their gin. Highly recommend a tasting flight or gin bowl!

We took part in a gin making class in the Manly Spirits Still House – a great experience. Tom was incredibly knowledgeable about the history of gin and taught you everything you need to know about the botanicals. We had a few gins included in the package with some food and you walk away with your own hand crafted bottle. A great couple of hours.

Amazing venue, fabulously friendly and very knowledgeable staff plus the best drinks! So much choice x excellent sharing plates too. All in all a great place for a quiet drink or a party night. The Gin yoga sessions were also great fun as well as a good workout!

We signed up for the Gin/Whiskey distillery tour. Tom did a sterling job talking through all the steps in the production process. Manly Spirits is an impressive organisation and we learnt a lot of interesting details into the origins and techniques in their distilling.

Incredible customer service from Charlotte. My husband, Fritz, wanted to send a bottle of Manly Gin to friends in Melbourne (who are gin connoisseurs) and Charlotte made it seamless. He went down to the Cellar Door on Friday (together with a card) and the gin plus card were delivered to our friends the following Tuesday. Totally brilliant ! An awesome way to send a great gift.

Yesterday had the pleasure of exploring Manly Spirits Co. the place is beautifully setup great atmosphere beautiful reception and entrance, great vibes.
The staff are friendly and very knowledgeable. I think it’s great for a birthday party or even a function for a small group of people.
Great history lots of fun and scary facts about the history of gin.
You can even bring your fur babies here as well. Great atmosphere.

Came here to hide from the drizzly weather. Had the G&T flight which was great value. All of the gins were amazing. Also great service and explanation of the gins and what to pair them with. Highly recommend for something a bit different to the typical tourist hotspots!

In the middle of this industrial estate is this amazing distillery making gins, vodkas and white whisky (which they plan to be real whisky one day not too far into the future)… but the best part? Not only do they sell directly to the public but there is an awesome bar where you pick up a wonderful range of cocktails! The vibe is excellent, the owners friendly and the atmosphere chilled! Even better… every 3 months they do a wine and food matching… just amazing! LOVE THIS PLACE!

Local operation with local charm. Love what this crew is all about. They have tour of where all the yumminess gets made, cool little chic bar and warehouse sitting area as well to take it all in.
Helpful ReviewI am a big fan of the Australian Dry Gin and my girlfriend is a big fan of the coastal citrus gin. They also have a clear and smooth vodka that hits the palette nicely.
Also they have just added a bit more of a diverse range of food and nibbles to have with the drinks.
