This place found us 🤩 when we were desperately trying to find a good place to have a late lunch as the first timers in the lovely town Heathcote. We were so lucky 🍀 The owners and staff were very kind and friendly, very attentive and generous to our naive requests 🤪 The atmosphere was relaxing and nice, the foods were so delicious to us 😋😋 the cappuccino was top 🔝 AND the beer 🍻 were GREAT 🤩 Will be back definitely with a gang of friends 😁

I am so impressed and proud that such a lovely alternative place now exists in my home town which is more than equivalent to a city experience but with the charm of the country. it has enriched Heathcote and the dining options. The staff were amazing, the service incredibly efficient and despite a little kitchen mishap, I have still decided to give the Palling Bros Brewery the highest rating, because it was rectified immediately and we were made to feel so welcome. I am yet to try their brewery products though, I will need to not drive from the city next time so I can indulge in those 🙂

I recently went to the Palling Bros for dinner. The staff were all very friendly and happy to have a chat and tell us what to visit in the area. We got a few entrees to share and 2 mains to share the food was very well portioned and very tasty, beer was also very good with the staff very knowledgeable. Will defiantly be returning next time I am in Heathcote.

We really enjoyed Palling Bros in Heathcote. Friendly service and really good food, my steak was cooked to perfection (rare). The fish one of our group had was another great choice and enjoyed grilled.The kids enjoyed their fresh caeser salad ! The selection of craft beers was a highlight for our interstate friends and the list of premium Heathcote full body reds was extensive.

No beef burgers for a lunchtime on a Saturday arvo. 50 min wait when the place was only half full.
Helpful Review$16 for 2 pieces of bruschetta and $16 for 10 pieces of chicken tenders that were southern fried but had no flavour! Also $28 for fish and chips with only 3 pieces of large fish nuggets!

They brew the best beer in the Southern Hemisphere! Once you try their beer, there’s no going back. Sit down for a meal too if you can, the food is excellent! I don’t go anywhere else for beer. What’s the point? No one beats Palling Bros! Peter’s lovely and makes you feel welcome and looked after. One of those few places you can personally vouch for. Satisfaction guaranteed!

We visited in January and returned again the next night because it was just so good. The beers were fantastic, the staff so incredibly friendly, and the GOAT BURGER. Don’t even get me started! So juicy and flavoursome! We’ve visited quite a number of breweries/burger places since then and nothing even slightly compares to the goat burger. In fact, we’ve just eaten a very disappointing burger at another famous Victorian brewery and are reminiscing about our time at Palling Bros. We might need to make a detour on the the way back home! 🤤

Arrived with a group of 16 adults plus five children and was impressed by the fantastic and varied menu. Service was friendly and super efficient and there were no long waits for meals. Plenty of drink choices other than the multitude of beer options.

I was at this amazing establishment 20-02-21 and the hospitality is second to none!!! Mel -I consider my new friend who made me feel a million dollars- and Peter who recommended an amazing cider- even though it’s a brewerry!!! Honestly I love this place I wish it was closer to me. Thankfully my folks love heathcote I will be back. If you’re on the fence just come here it amazing. My partner and brother loved the tasting palettes!!!!

Came to Heathcote for the weekend with some friends and heard great things about Palling Bros – they did not disappoint! We sat in the beer garden with our pals and puppy and enjoyed some great food and drinks. Sam is an absolute dream to be served by and even made sure we left with travelers!

Nice people, really good food and freezing cold fresh beer. The bar staff were extremely helpful and friendly with plenty of advice, recommendations and explanations on the lovely variety of beer made on site and splendid selection of food. This venue really helps Heathcote continue to keep its “up and coming” label because it is increasingly becoming a very desirable place to live.
My only complaint is the “kids” area. I hate going to a licensed venue to relax, but hear screaming kids. That’s not entirely the venues fault though.

Nice little craft brewery in the country side. Good atmosphere, beer and food. Nice people. Choice of inside and outside seating. We had a beer tasting paddle with a fish burger and a vegie burger. The photo with the musicians is the Irish Sunday session.

Awesome! Drizzly day outside but so cozy inside. Loved the live music (we stopped in on Irish night) and the owners were both there to chat with. Tried all the delicious beers – stand out was the RIS, which was so smooth at 8.5% – and could have easily stayed for the rest of the evening. Food looked great as well – will have to make an evening of it on our next visit.
