My husband and I got married at Seville Estate in November 2021. We stayed the night before and the night of our wedding, with close family in both the homestead and apartments. The venue was lovely all around – the homestead is clean, modern, well-furnished, and nestled in a beautiful native garden with a pool. Family staying in the apartments enjoyed balconies and floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking a dam and some of the grapevines. The ceremony and reception were also surrounded by Seville Estate’s native garden, and also overlooked rolling hills near Warburton and the Yarra Ranges to the east. The staff were friendly at every point and the food was top-notch. We also took our family there for lunch at one point prior to the wedding and it was an equally pleasant experience with delicious food. We’d warmly recommend Seville Estate for accommodation, events, wine or even just a meal.

What a pleasant surprise! Managed to secure an impromptu last minute Sunday lunch booking and it was seriously impressive! Have not dined here before but have enjoyed their wines for a few years now. Their new Summer Series menu is something well worth the trip! No menu to go off of while dining so everything was a surprise and what a surprise indeed! Their gluten free substitutions were very well done as well, did not feel like I was missing out on anything. Too many favorites to name, but also do not want to wreck the surprise element for any new diners. Definitely something to check out, was divine!

Stunning! We had a large lunch, 25 guests last year before the lockdown. Food was fabulous and matched wines were perfect. The staff were spot on with everything, particularly dietary requirements. I don’t know how they managed that so effortlessly. They were also warm & friendly. The view is gorgeous & the restaurant, a light and airy, modern chic. Everyone left very impressed & saying they wold be back! We finally got to return, yesterday for our anniversary lunch. 6 courses with matching wines. It was FAULTLESS. Seriously some of the best food we have ever eaten. Bravo to the team and big thanks to Tony for organising us at short notice, with the travel restrictions & in the midst of the power outage. Do yourself a favour – GO

Lovely wine and great explanations from staff on the wine tastings. We tried all the wines available and took our favourites back with us! Our dogs were also able to come with us and sit underneath the table – the staff were very friendly and looked after them too!

I have to say, this is in our top top restaurants we have been to across the world. Why? The quality of food matched with the honesty of the wine was perfect. We also stayed onsite in the cutest apartments. Views of the Vinyard, huge ceilings and decking for wines and cheese. Perfect!

We visited for lunch. The food was good but definitely not what we expected based on what we read before booking. It could be a post-covid re opening issue. The “feed me” menu, which is advertised as 4 or 6 courses per person. We went for the $75 for 4 courses PER PERSON. None of the advertisement information clarified that this is actually 4 courses which are to be SHARED. So you pay 75 per person to share the same plates. The staff also didn’t tell us this either. We were confused so we asked the staff. They said it is “ what they consider to be a degustation by calling it feed me”. If that’s the case, then that needs to be advertised to the guests. Also, we understand that business is stressful after covid, but everything was rushed. Next courses being bought out when we had only just began eating the last one.
No one seemed interested to talk to us about the wines. We weren’t even asked if we wanted the wine pairing. It would have been nice to have some staff with wine knowledge, given the location. I took a while to chose my wine because there was a lot to chose from and I’m not overly familiar with wine. The staff member who looked after us just stood at the table quietly for a few minutes rather than offering advice or suggestions.
Our experience was good, but there are many improvements that could be made.

One of our favourite wineries in the Yarra Valley. The wine is amazing. Service was fantastic. And the food was really tasty and we got a good portion. We shared the cheese platter and meat platter between four of us. It was a good amount. We also had the full wine tasting including the Dr McMahon Shiraz. Wine tasting was $30 a head but it was all we needed over the two odd hours we were there. There is a reason this won winery of the year a couple years ago. Very highly recommended.

One of the best dining experiences we’ve had. Definitely the best restaurant of the yarra valley, we’re still talking about it a week after dining in. Really beautiful spot for lunch and a drink. Have been coming here for years and the service has always been amazing. We were greeted promptly and sat down to a table, and they were very happy to accomodate to any dietary requirements. However, I paid $30 for the dish below and it was quite a small serve, smaller than those around me who had paid a similar amount or received the same dish. It was delicious I just wish the portions were a bit more generous considering the amount paid. Will be coming back!

Beautiful setting and delicious food & wine. We chose the feed me menu which was four courses (at lunch time) which was a good way to sample the diffent dishes on offer. Quite a few vegetarian options too which was a nice change. Definitely worth visiing. We were unfortunate that it rained on the day so we didnt get to enjoy their beautiful outdoors.

We had a wonderful evening on the restaurant’s reopening after the festive season. As usual the food was inspired, with beautiful (literally) fresh salads and huge variety. The vegetarians in our party were as happy as the omnivores. The omnivores were very happy indeed. The nduja, Little Yarra egg with potato crisps and herbs was a standout, as was the barramundi with baby turnips, kohlrabi and sea lettuce. Every meal we have had here has been truly memorable and Seville Estate has earned its reputation as a jewel of the YARRA Valley.

I Went here on the weekend. It’s a really nice winery with some views over the hills and vineyards and has a cosy fire outside too, with chairs around it.

This winery is not only visually spectacular with rolling hills and a gorgeous restaurant but the wine tasting with Petra was sensational. The view is different to many other wineries because your not looking out on vines (you pass them up the long driveway on the way in) instead you see beautiful rolling hills and country side. It is very relaxing out on the deck, (my only minimal complaint is that my pale skin needed some shade). But the wait staff and the food were incredible!!! And the person taking us through the wine tasting was clearly very passionate and knew what he was talking about! I highly recommend this place but make a booking or you will miss out!

Went to Seville Estate as a small group yesterday. The photos on the website do not do this place justice. Glorious views & an attractive interior. We had the four course ‘Feed me’ option & each dish was delicious. The miso butter with the yabby was a highlight as was the duck. Beautiful wines, fabulous and friendly staff. Thanks guys. My family & I had the most amazing dinner in this winery last weekend. The food was out of this world and the service amazing. The wines are some of the best I have tasted. We arrived for dinner and it was magical with all the spot lit trees, grass trees and incredible landscaping that was very in keeping with the area and not too formal. We will definately be back! Great wine and a great cheese plate to go with. The owner has great taste and made things easier for us by picking everything for us – from the meats and cheese on our charcuterie board, to the wine. The venue is extremely picturesque and would make a great venue to a wedding or a special occasion

We travelled to Seville Estate from Melbourne to sample their wines and have lunch on Thursday 27th Sept. When we arrived no one was there, it was all locked up and no one answered our phone calls to the number provided. #wineryfail We went down the road to Elmswood Winery, which was really excellent food, wine and views.
