Unbelievable ambience, delicious food and a cracking bottle. So pleased we were able to come here on our trip to the Barossa.

Great wine bar with a beautiful location. Very welcoming atmosphere . Loved the bay windows fir dining. Huge wine selection, but be prepared to pay top price for bottles ( corkage is $20 to takeaway). Menu and food was reasonable.

Had the best meal here a few weeks back. The Goolwa Pipi spaghettini was so on point it was approaching perfection. Simple foods done well can be majestic. The wine list was also amazing, knowledgeable and super interesting.

Fantastic service. I had a stroller with me and they reserved a table AND 3 bar stools to give me the extra space to store the pram (potential lost income for them).

Very accommodating when we were running late. Small place with a great wine selection so worth booking to make sure you will fit in. Several dishes were far too salty, and they missed a sale by not getting to us when we had empty glasses. Still had a great time.

We decided to drive to Tanunda from Adelaide for Mother’s Day hoping that we might find some food and wine and support local business in the Barossa.
Given that travel restrictions were going to be lifted the following day, we thought this would be ok.
As luck would have it we walked into Vino Lokal and was met by a warm helpful local ( Matthew) who guided us on the right wine and food for our takeaway lunch.
The Angus Beef burger and chips, Spinnifex Reisling and warm Apple Strudel with cream was absolutely delicious.
Thank you for making my Mother’s Day so memorable.
We will definitely be back… even if only to return the glass.

Great experience had. Thanks to Sam and Simon. Got to try some amazing wines by John Duval and Sons Of Eden. The food was exceptional; polenta chips with jalapeños and relish was amazing, pork chops and the pasta were cooked to perfection. We loved the art deco style interior, real class.
