Always guaranteed to have a positive experience here! Caroline has seen my cat Archy a few times and has always taken such good care of him. Caroline even went above and beyond and called to check in after Archy had managed to undo some stitches from another veterinary practice. Caroline also always takes the time to talk through any concerns I have and I never feel like I’m being forced into products. I’ve never really had a consistent vet as I found the care provided to my cats subpar. However, I can say I will continue to return to Greencross Forest Lake Village due to the positive experiences I have had with them and in particular Caroline.
