Hi, could you please let us know when you attended our salon and what your dogs name is? We had a look at our records and we have a recent charge for $105 for grooming two dogs under another persons name, not one dog.

After a bad experience elsewhere I tried this place based on its reviews. Those that highly recommended this place were right to do so. Very professional, excellent service and understanding. My experience at Lovable Pets really exceeded my expectations, based on other places I’ve been too, most importantly my Maltese x shihtzu was happy. Highly recommend and will be definitely be back

I recently visited this salon with my two furbabies for the first time and was extremely happy with the services provided! My pets came home happy and looking fantastic …I even got free bows .. staff/ owners are friendly and I highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for a place that cares about animals. 🙂 will be coming back.

I am very dissapointed with the customer service of this place , the lady was so rude and sounded like she just wanted to get out of there. Not polite and just plainly rude. I took my dog for a groom and they were only meant to give him a trim but they cut his hair so short with patches everywhere I believe my dog has been traumatized from this terrible place I don’t know what happened behind closed doors but when we took him to another grooming salon he was very scared and got defensive the second he saw he was at the groomers. I strongly recommend to find another place there’s plenty of people who are kind , polite & who will actually enjoy there job.

Bobi your mother attended our salon on the 27.10.20 so we don’t understand how our staff member could have been rude to you when you didn’t even drop your dog off.
The staff member provided polite and helpful service.
Your dog was matted on the legs from not being brushed therefore they had to be cut shorter.This was discussed with your mum when she picked up your dog. His coat was left longer. We did not charge you extra for the matting.
When your mother picked up the dog we informed her that he was difficult to groom and was bitey and snappy. This may be due to him not being regularly brushed or groomed. We were very patient with your pet and due to its behaviour it was groomed as best as we could.
Please refrain from falsely accusing us of traumatising pets due to your dogs behavioural issues.
If you or your mother had any issues you should have called us in October to discuss this.

The moment you walk you’re greeted with a lovely staff member who informs and advices you on the best treatment for you little one. My Loki came out all clean, trimmed, smelt amazing and even had a bonus bandana and doggy biscuit, all for half the price that other groomers are charging. Seriously! You can easily tell how much affection and care these lovely ladies put into their service because Loki came out happy, licking their faces. I guess I found my permanent dog groomers now. Thank you so much, you can expect many returns in future and many of my family and friends on their way too!!!!

IF I COULD GIVE NO STARS I WOULD!
Worst customer serive, was willing to take 3 dogs to get serviced, THEY HAVE BEEN THERE BEFORE! That are actually considered small and medium dogs which they should know as they work with dogs. Obviously have no idea about breeds. What kind of services is it!
but apparently because they haven’t been recently that’s not acceptable! SINCE YOU WON’T SERVICE THEM TAKE THEIR PHOTOS OFF YOUR WEBSITE!!
You would think during covid people would be open to having extra business especially because some are going bust! Pathetic don’t waste your money. Lady was extremely rude! Go to barking beauties money will be well spent!
