I have to make a complaint. My dog was suffering from a sore hip – they fixed him up and now he is back to being his normal hyper crazy super houns again.

Riverport vets were wonderful. They came to my home for my dog during her final hour. They showed so much patience and compassion and made sure she had a peaceful departure. I highly recommend them. They are kind and compassionate, they have always provided excellent care and always manage to fit me in for last minute appointments. They don’t charge excessive amounts and unlike alot of vets they don’t guilt you into spending huge amounts of money when not necessary.

Can’t recommend them enough – the team there is friendly, helpful and compassionate. They have a genuine passion for caring for animals, and it shows during every visit.
They make a genuine effort to make our cats as comfortable as possible when visiting, because they tend to be fairly nervous, especially if there are dogs around. There’s a designated cat section, and often they’ve let us into the cat room early to allow the cats to have their own space away from noise and other people/animals.

Absolutely phenomenal experience and care, first time client for an emergency and I simply can?t thank Tina enough for her compassion and expertises. Will be switching from my regular vet to this clinic after this experience. Very reasonable rates for after hours emergency care also. Without question 10/10.
