This pet store was unreal, we jagged a sales assistant who had an abundance of knowledge, went in for one small thing but came out with other stuff I needed because my queries were answered to a more than satisfactory degree. Usually shop at petbarn wagga and love it there but this lady was unreal with her knowledge of nutrition for dogs and her own experience. Price matched every item I purchased also which was a huge save. Highly recommend this store.

I spoke to two different staff members at Petbarn Tuggeranong. They wouldn’t price match an item with Bunnings because it’s not a “pet store”. This isn’t outlined in their terms and conditions on their website. I will be reporting this to the Department of Fair Trading.

Ordered some items online and chose to click and collect because the delivery cost couldnt be quoted for my inner canberra suburb. Got an email with the order confirmation saying I would get another email when it was ready to collect. A week later I rang the store to find out when I should expect it to be available. The guy checked, said it was ready and to come in. He apologized and said it was a computer issue and people werent processing the orders. When I got to the store the girl serving couldnt find the order at all. Luckily I remembered the name of the person I had previously spoken to and they helped sort it out. I like petbarn products and when on sale you can get a good price, but this store needs some staff training on the computers to improve their customers experience. You shouldnt have to be chasing them to get stuff that was paid for.

I had to get my Birman cat (The Blonz) shaved, her fur was long and thick and starting to knot, and it was a real mess. The cat groomer at Pet Barn Tuggeranong did a fabulous job on her. She also clipped her claws, which I wanted done but forgot to ask. No sedatives, no drying cages, no trauma, no tears. I now have a very happy cat! Cheers, guys. A very happy customer 🙂
