Review Summary
Here's a summary of the most recent reviews on The Pet Community
PETstock Heatherbrae is highly praised by customers for its knowledgeable and friendly staff who always seem eager to provide beneficial advice and assistance. The store's grooming services have also received special mention; customers have found them to be excellent, with one even stating that their dog has grown fond of the visits. The extensive variety of products, the store's cleanliness, and the positive atmosphere have further added to the overall shopping experience. A self-serve dog wash is an additional convenience. Despite a rare miscommunication incident that led to disappointment, overall, PETstock Heatherbrae continues to delight pet owners with its service, selection, and staff.

Disappointing to say the least. Disregarded the fact they couldn’t supply as promised and failed to mention that on the phone so drove 40 one way for nothing.

I use the groomers here. Great service, and my dog has finally got used to going there, and loves it. Thanks Tash.
