Nicollete🥹 She’s a dog whisperer and an amazing human being! You can really tell she has a heart for dogs. My malchi dog has always scared of nail trimming, but with Nicollete’s patience -she did it!she really did spend the time to calm my dog and plus a training for me on how to look after my dog and spend more time with her🥹. I have been going to Shamper’s Dog Grooming for little under a year now. I couldn’t be happier with how Nicholette consistently grooms my puppy Peppi. Nicholette is very knowledgeable and educated with everything to do with dogs. She has educated me so much with what to do with peppi she has been a life saver. Nicholette cares so much about the dogs and you can see the love she has for them. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thanks so much

Our cavoodle Buster was traumatised by a mobile groomer from a pup so was terrified of having his hair cut. Nicolette changed all that from the get go. Buster just looooves visiting Nicolette for his pamper day. She always does an amazing job and listens to what you want done. Feel very comfortable leaving my fur baby with her and always look forward to picking him up looking and smelling great! Highly recommended 🙂

Nicolette is absolutely fantastic! I would highly recommend, from a meet and greet to get familiar with my pup, through to his super cute haircut. My pup isn’t the easiest dog to deal with; hates the blow dryer & doesn’t sit still. However with Nicolette’s kind nature, her experience, her genuine love for dogs and most of all patience…she did a wonderful job. Know you will be in great hands!

I have been going to Shampers for 4 1/2 years now. And find the whole experience, very pleasant. Nicolette is such a caring groomer and takes pride in her work. She goes well and behond her care as a groomer. I took my dog to the vet, and everything she had told me about my dog 🐶 was already told to me by Nicolette. The vet was very impressed!! She even took pictures, so l could show the vet her dry skin. Thanks for being a caring groomer for my little Lola.

We used to take our Westie at Shampers & we were happy the way she was groomed but sometimes the customer service wasn’t good the last I went I was 5 to 10 mins late & I was spoken very rude from the owner . Your customer service is very important so I wasnt happy .

I don’t understand people today, being rude is so different then just saying to u next time please come on time , Ive let allot of tardiness go over the years and now being on time is very important to me or any business , I still groomed your dog that day even though u came in late and it wasnt 5 min its was closer to 15-20 min , i just gave u notice so it would not happen again, your dog unfortunatly is not a dog that enjoys the groom so its very very important that timing is 100% when dealing with this situation if u would have called to notify me it’s a different story, i could have notified others but to just rock up with no phone call is not right, so yes I’m holding people accountable now for their actions , sorry that u see this as bad customer service, but being late , every 10 minutes puts the whole day out and then other suffer , also it effects all the other dogs and as u know the dogs are the most important thing to me when in my care , I really do hope u and your dog find a great groomer u are happy with in future , Nicolette

Shampers grooming is amazing at what she does. My fur baby always comes back not only looking gorgeous but happy too. She is amazing with them, she is a natural dog lovers reassuring that my puppy is left in safe hands. Her work is perfection, always goes above and beyond for her us!

The results of my dogs grooming turned out good. But with that being said, the whole customer service experience was terrible. The helper/assistant was very impolite and rude. There was an immense miscommunication about rescheduling the times which led to confusion. Time management could of been handled in a more appropriate manner. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place.
