Don’t recall the week day I was there getting prices for a small dog under 10 pounds. Anyway the grooming shop was completely empty literally no groomers. I did talk to a groomer who was working in the store area and their prices are outrageous ridiculous. This was my last resource because I hate corporate grooming companies. I was lucky enough to find a private groomer who did an amazing groom on my fur baby. He received a full groom from head to tail with nail trim for only $50. She did such an amazing job so she was given a good tip. Petsmart grooming prices are priced to high and then they have add on pack which is what your pet should be getting groomed with to start with. Save your money and find a private groomer..NOT HAPPY WITH THE PRICE QUOTE

I was a witness to seeing management completely try to rob this woman out of $100 for a dog that was “groomed”. If you want your dog shaved bald, and cut up by the clippers, and given back to you bleeding, bring your dog here.

They should be sued for every careless nick on that dogs body. Makes me sick seeing the blood on the owners shirt and makes me wonder how they treat their animals behind closed doors!

Do NOT bring your babies here for grooming. They lie about the prices they are charging, hack up dogs fur, as well as cause injuries. Stay AWAY from the groomers here.

We had to find a worker the lady that helped us get a hampster today was rude didnt seem friendly at all barley spoke to us told my kids move out the way instead of can you please step back or excuse me etc the kids wasnt even close to the enclosure.she only spoke to us to tell us fill out this paper and hampster will be at the register didnt care if I had questions or anything the pets there arent tamed pr friendly at all you can tell they dont get handled. I dont know how old my pet is or if its male or female they dont even know. Wasnt a pleasant experience for my kids or us. Won’t be getting any pets from here anymore.this is at he houma location on MLk only nice woman with great customer service was the cashier she had red hair on each side of her face. I didnt catch her name.
