Our go to place for our cat supplies. Also we love to go on Saturdays and look at the cats. So cute. We have adopted our 4 cats from the rescue they partner with. See couple pics of some cuties that were up for adoption a few weeks ago !

I had the worse experience with this location. I have moved to the area and I usually go to the location on 45 but I don’t stay in the area anymore.
I scheduled an appointment to have my schnauzer groomed. To start my appointment was at 8:00. I know that the groomers open before the store. We arrived early but they were late. They were rude. I rescheduled due to my rabies paperwork. The groomer that I talked to didn’t say that the actual paperwork was needed so I had her tag. The groomer asked who did I talked to when I came and it was her I am sure not that many people came in the 45 minutes since I left.
From the person that greeted me asking how did I get in to the groomer. I will not be patronizing Petsmart at all.

Keep far away from this place for grooming!!!! Inexperienced! After they shaved my nervous dog in a few areas they called me to say she was “thrashing” and they use sharp objects to groom and she didn’t know if she could complete the groom but just wanted me to be aware…..omg I told her to forget it. She informed me she was an experienced groomer!!! lol Everyone else grooms my puppy (11 mo). 2 month’s ago they groomed her at Wallisville and it was good. Got her in down the street and she got an awesome cut in 38 minutes! Just got finished with her.

The grooming department has been closing early and has not updated their hours of operation. We tried going to get our dogs nails cut twice this week and both times they were closed during their normal business hours. This has been a huge inconvenience.

Had to get a muzzle for my dog because he gets anxious going to the vet. I had a sales associate help me and tried on several in order to get the right one for him. The associate at the counter was exceptional as well. I had one of the best experiences there. Thank you.

We got our dwarf hamster from here and we were so grateful to have Jordan to help us find the right one. She was very understanding and patient while we were trying to decide on which one to take home. We were able to find the cutest and sweetest hamster because of her.

The grooming department has no way of notifying customers with early appointments. There is a bell you have to ring. Other than that, good grooming location.
