Great caring Staff, who do a terrific job. Our dog is almost 15 and has a tumour and it was no problem for them. Very happy so is our boy Monty who thinks he’s pretty hot now.

Happy Tails dog grooming has been beautifying my Dog George for 3 years. They do an amazing transition from scruffy to handsome in 90 minutes. I don’t have to leave George with them all day in a stressful situation. He is dropped off, groomed and then picked up smelling and looking gorgeous. 5 stars for fantastic caring and great service. Absolutely amazing team! From everything I’ve seen and heard, the level of care, professionalism, and attention given to every dog is outstanding. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and clearly passionate about what they do. The dogs always leave looking beautiful, happy, and well cared for. Even though we no longer have our Max, we always felt welcome and Max felt loved by the girls at Happy Tails. We use to visit the old business spot, and that was amazing so I am sure the new space is even bigger and better for our furry loved ones. My two poodles have been going to Happy Tails now for three years and I couldn’t be happier. My dogs are loved and cared for as well as having a fantastic cut!! The team are so helpful and happy with brilliant communication from bookings, drop/collection and my puppies needs. I highly recommend them – it’s impossible to be anything but totally satisfied with their service! We are so lucky to have Happy Tails in the valley.

Happy tails is a great name as Arna is always happy when I drop her off ( this is the only place she is happy to go to as i a had to carry her into others) All the girls on this photo go to Happy Tails for grooming

These guys are the best! They looked after my mum’s little terrier cross and every time she emerged from the grooming salon she was almost unrecognisable (in a good way)! They’re very patient. Very kind. And experts at what they do.

My dogs have been attending Happy Tails since they opened. My girls love being pampered by such caring groomers. I love that the staff always check in each visit to confirm what I want done with the dogs. Like humans we need a change now and then. The staff go above and beyond to ensure my girls are pampered. Thank you for your caring attention to detail service ladies.

Been with Happy Tails grooming, for over a year now, I’ve dealt with both Tamara and Sarah, such a positive team, Lexie, my dog, is some what precious, doesn’t like to many people, but loves going for her groom, the team, look after her well, highly recommend, if you are looking for great staff, positive team, who really loves every dog, which comes through their doors.

The outstanding staff at Happy Tails have been grooming my Border Collie for the past 4 years. They are professional, kind, and incredibly talented. Most importantly, my dog loves to be groomed by them & always comes home happy & beautiful. The staff clarifies my desires regarding my dog’s groom EVERY time my dog is groomed. The vet said she has black nails so they can’t cut them properly. It looked like they had swiped with a file. Next to nothing was gone.
Helpful ReviewHappy Tails said they can cut them but not completely back. They did a marvellous trauma and drug free job and dear old Jodie could walk again for the first time in months. Thank you so much.
