We attended this vet last minute after finding one of our family pets very unwell. We presented to see if there was anything that could be done. Unfortunately there was not but the love, compassion and care of all staff on the day was truly appreciated. My little girl was heartbroken, sobbing and inconsolable. They took us through, put her pet to sleep quickly and talked us through everything. They allowed us time and then proceeded to give my little girl some paw prints stamped on paper with the sweetest little bottle with clipped fur inside. They beautifully wrapped her pet and we left. From the bottom of my heart, thank you!! The lady on the front desk and the pregnant lady who carefully helped our pet over the rainbow bridge (I didn’t get their names as my daughter hysterical) was so professional. We attended Friday 28th of March 2025. Thank you for your kindness in such an upsetting situation.

We had to put down our elderly dog tonight, his heart wasn’t working like it should anymore. He was just shy of 15 years old. We took our Wrinkles here and the staff were so honest and caring with us. They weren’t just professional, they were compassionate. They didn’t try to rort us out of pocket. They underlined what our options were and the costs associated and they gave him such a peaceful passing. Thank you so very much, we are very grateful to you for easing his pain.
