Incredibly disappointed with the groom our dog received. She had to wait from 8:30-2:30pm, then we were told off that we should take her to the toilet prior to dropping her off. The cut that she received is terrible, not even and my dog does not look like the same cavoodle I dropped off. When I spoke to the manager , the excuse was that they are busy and under staffed! Would never recommend this place to anyone!

I love this shop, always friendly staff very willing to help. My dog loves to go there and we always grab some treats for the way home. They have a 15% discount on dog food for your monthly purchases if you are a member and you can even get a free bath in the DIY doggy bath which has the best dog shampoo and conditioner.

Service was horrible, no one at the tills and no workers to be found.
went up to look at the dog wash bays and the facility was dirty, hairy and very unhygienic.
Looked around the groomers area, helpful workers there, but very busy, noisier area with dogs running everywhere and the workers looked miserable and tired, fur everywhere and very messy computer station.

We purchased a bark control dog collar the salesman was knowledgeable and gave us information including pros and cons of each type of collar. Booked my dog Fred in to petbarn innaloo,
The usual groomers always do a fabulous job.
When i dropped fred off, there was a new groomer in the salon, i think she may have done fred this time.
After i specifically told the groomers not to shave to short on his groin as he can rash really bad and can get quite upset, we request a longer blade under the groin.
Then find when we got home hes been shaved too short, and have become irritated.
unfortunately if this didnt happen this wouldve been a 5 star review.
In the future maybe ill request one of the regular groomers, as i am very happy with petbarn.

I got my dog groomed here and I will never be going back. He’s a groodle and had bad matting around his neck and upper chest so we expected him to come back clipped short. All we asked was that the groomer save his tail and his ears. Thankfully his ears are fine however the fur on his face has been trimmed far too much and his tail is now a feather duster. They have clipped it extremely short at the bottom third of his tail, and the top two thirds are fluffy – he looks ridiculous and we are not pleased. I’ve attached pictures, one from the groom and one from a month ago. To be clear we love pet barn innaloo, just not their groomers.

My local pet barn. The store is always clean, well-stocked and the staff are genuinely friendly. They have good specials and a great loyalty programme. On weekends there can be a queue at the dog baths. There is always ample parking.

The groomers at Pet Barn Innaloo are amazing. Our almost 15yr old English Setter can be a bit anxious at times. But the girls go above & beyond with Dusty and she loves going to see them. She always comes out looking so clean and smells wonderful too. Highly highly recommend Pet Barn Innaloo if you’re looking for a grooming service for your pooch 🐶
