Do Not see see the female vet. We took our dog in yesterday due to him suffering a breathing difficulty episode . The female vet was disinterested & didn’t seem concerned. She didn’t even take his temperature. This morning he died obviously he had an issue

A very caring and compassionate vetinary clinic. They were so good to us throughout the life of our previous fur baby and especially compassionate at the end of his life. We have now entrusted them with our new pup’s vetinary needs. This clinic has our full trust. We definitely recommend them.

Found a sick female King Parrot in my yard. After speaking with WIRES, took the parrot to the Vet. Unfortunately, the parrot passed away. 😢
The male parrot, waited a day, but haven’t seen him back.
The staff were amazing. If the female had survived, they were going to return her back to my property, for release & hopefully get back to her partner. 😥

Friendly staff, they make sure your pet is looked after and they provide plenty of information. They answer all your questions and make sure you understand what us to be done or needs doing. We have taken our previous dog there and now take our new dog there.

The vets themselves are lovely, and they do good work, but making an appointment is always a pain. The first receptionist booked an appointment for me, and I got called later that day saying they don’t do that type of appointment on that particular day, and the only available appointment was a month later. Booked a follow up appointment, was given written confirmation of said appointment. I call the day before and get told that no such appointment exists, and we’ll have to wait 2 months.

The whole team here are very kind and compassionate. I’ve had Dr. Thoraiya take care of my cockatiel a few times and I can tell she cares deeply about birds which is difficult to find. He’s has follow up treatment from other vets here who aren’t avian specialists, and I’m very happy with his experience at these times as well. I appreciate the kindness, care and honest advice provided while I’m anxious about my bird being unwell and stressed from travel
