I absolutely love this veterinary clinic! I just moved from Melbourne with my 3 cats and I didn’t have a regular vet yet. After viewing a discussion on my community FB page, there was a lot of good reviews on Kenwick Vet and it was near me.
I decided to give them a go and they managed to slot me in for an appointment the next day through their online system (which is great!)
It was the first time going to a vet alone with 3 cats and couldn’t carry them all in. I had a pet stroller with 2 of my bigger cats and a cat carrier with my 1 smaller cat. The receptionist/nurse saw me and helped me in and carried the cage for me and it was very welcoming!
The vet Dr Cece, was super nice and helped me in as well and was very very thorough with their check ups/vaccinations and took time and care to make sure she they were all fine and took the time to talk to me and suggested alternatives to their existing issues. She made sure to check prices and never made me feel pressured to do anything.
I absolutely love it there and they will definitely be our regular vet from now on!
