I humbly and gratefully change my first review I made feeling sad and scared, I called for help today advised from a young girl at petbarn that these were the nicest people to contact, and the sweet girl that answered the phone treated me with kindness and respect, I am so thankful to be so wrong. The team are great, they quickly identified the issue with my Molly (Diabetes) and got on to a treatment plan.
They consulted with me along the way to ensure I was aware of what my options were and presented them as options and without judgement.
Molly is now doing great after a few days on insulin we’ve noticed a high improvement.
Can’t recommend these guys more highly.
I’ve been told they offer afterpay too! (I didn’t have to use it the last few visits but handy to know as having a diabetic dog looks like it will add up $$$)

A few months on and Molly went down hill, we had to eventually make the hard choice of having her put down.
The team at Channel Highway Animal Hospital could not have been more compassionate or understanding. They were so caring and empathetic to both Molly and us, I can’t praise the team enough.
Thank you, you do such an amazing job.
From looking after fur baby injuries and medical conditions, providing advice on animal nutrition and dental health, through to end of life care.
After our dear Molly was eventually euthanized, we received a beautiful and well written card from the team at ‘CHAH’. Nothing will bring Molly back, but we know that we had the best advice and best care we could have hoped for for our beautiful girl.

We had a drama with one of our dogs …. we were able to be seen on arival , all the necessary procedures were done on site eg : xrays , blood tests , surgery and medications.
