Brought in a Pupper with a reoccurring problem. The vets did a quick assessment and treated instantly. Much cheaper than other vets for a small procedure like this and it was hassle free. Nothing but a good experience for all, and the dog is back to full yip-yap vitality.

4 paws vet cared for both our beautiful dogs Chloe and Mickey over the years. We have just sadly said goodbye to our faithful loyal Mickey. Dr Lisa was so caring, friendly, professional and supportive through this very difficult time. We will be forever thankful to “ALL” the staff that cared so much for us and went above and beyond for our family.

The treatment my dog received was to an acceptable standard and the first vet who treated him was very professional. However upon returning to the clinic for a checkup I was seen by a different vet who had an extremely aggressive and authoritarian tone to which I decided I cannot continue to oblige. A year earlier I walked out of the same clinic feeling a little offended with the way I was spoken to. I have decided to seek out a more friendly veterinary service.

The staff at both the Riverway and Charles St clinics were absolutely fantastic when we presented to them with our very sick dog. They went above and beyond to ensure to our little dog received quality care and kept us updated throughout the whole process. They were quick to diagnose her illness and act on treating her immediately which we have no doubt saved her life.

Was told 2 months ago my dog wasn’t seen for the past 6 months for an infection so needed a consult, I understood and happily took my dog and paid their fees. Called up again recently for same infection, told will need to book another consult. Yeah nah not paying another consult fee after being told previously can only get the meds for the same infection if last appointment was within 6 months. If it was a different condition or my dog had not been seen for extended periods I’d understand the need for a consultation but that is just trying to make more money. I just needed his meds and would have paid the costs of them. If you are happy to pay consultation fees everytime your dog needs it’s regular meds, this place is for you. Do not recommend, feels like it’s more about money than providing care to animals.

I would like to thank Dr Mick and his awesome team, for their support, care, compassion and empathy when it came time for us to say our final farewell to our beloved Ruby, she was part of our family for so long, and was the hardest day of our life to make that choice, but the support and care that was shown to us was well above and beyond what was expected.
