The after hours vet was so kind and compassionate when my old girl had to be put to sleep. He did it in the car so she was in her happy place. I’ve had equally great service taking my new pup, Hilda, to the girls in the clinic.

Fantastic staff who really care about helping their cats find new forever homes with loving humans to take care of them. I am so lucky to have found my gorgeous kitty Scout and he has already settled in so quickly and we are having a ball playing and then playing some more and then collapsing exhausted with each other from having too much fun and then doing it all over again! Vets in particular are having a tough time during the pandemic and I really appreciate everything they have done for me and Scout! 😀 Thank you!

I came home to my dog bloated and unresponsive I rang these guys as they are my closest vets. I was told that I’d have to find another vet and they were booked out. I needed my dog to be put out of her misery and they wouldn’t even let me come in as an emergency. I went to a vet a lot further away and my poor dog passed away on her own when she arrived at the vet. I received no compassion from the receptionist. My dog suffered for longer than she had to because you don’t do emergency cases.

We had an emergency visit with a near drowning with an American Staffy vs Kangaroo. Not only was the out of hours vet Jamie prompt and helpful with everything from directions to clinic to very detailed and easy to follow directions with medications but also didn’t try to up sell and provide an unnecessary service. A follow up call the next day was very much appreciated and as someone that has used many veterinary services I cannot recommend this one highly enough – thank you

Had a steer with a bad back leg, contacted KVC and an hour later Jock turned up, diagnosed the problem, cleaned the infected area and injected the animal accordingly. Job done !
