I write this as I currently wait for my dog to be treated. Even though it was an emergency situation, it was nearly an hour before we saw another veterinarian, and an extra 30 minutes waiting at the counter. We phoned in 10 minutes before we arrived, described everything, and still was asked the same questions by the same person when we arrived at 11:40. Absolutely terrible service that has not lived up to expectations. Even worse, they have a poster of a dog eating a cupcake, which could be fatal; ergo the vet is pretty much saying to injure your dog so they can scam money from you. Do better. The bill is already $400 just for being here which was an emergency. They also offfered to give us, and i quote, “charcoal”. They must really be desperate for a quick cash grab to rob the innocent and poor. At least some of the staff are nice. Even though the staff did absolutely nothing to help us, they still charge us in hopes of, yet again, getting that quick scam cash. Do not go here. They will take all of your money and do fuck all. I suggest avoiding this one. If you offer 24-hour service, do it right, or don’t do it at all.

Stefan was wonderfully helpful when booking my cat in to see the cardiologist, providing an estimate of the charges and assisting during the ultrasound itself. The cardiologist was very thorough and relaxed, which helped keep my cat calm as well. The appointment and procedure were handled efficiently, with care and was not rushed. Stefan even followed up by phone on a couple of questions I had post examination and to check in to see how my cat was going. Cannot recommend this team enough!

Came in at 9:30 on a Saturday night with my dog, on arrival was helped to bring me dog onto a stretcher from the car which was nice as he is quite a large dog. My dog was taken into the back area and I was left sitting in waiting room until 1:30 in the morning, when I was consulted by vet there was no conclusive diagnosis at that time but I was told he would be there overnight I was quoted up to 3000$ for this stay. They had advised me to call back in the am to see when I could pick up my fur baby, when I called they had yet to give him his 2nd lot of X-rays as it was busy and he was not as unwell as some of the other animals that were there which is understandable so I just waited and continued to call where a receptionist would let me know what was happening with him, on my 3rd to 4th call the receptionist had said she would get me a vet to come speak to me which I found strange, the vet had advised me while doing the X-ray they had to sedate him which normally happens but when the reversed the relaxant he had a seizure which was not common, they had advised he was fine then and just resting in the back and I could come get him at around 4/5ish. I went with my sister in law to get him. Once we had arrived they left us in waiting room again for around half an hour, when I was taken into my dog it was very clear that he was extremely drugged up and couldn’t even walk, but he was looking much better then the night before, the vet gave no information about what happened to him and what was making him unwell, even in the papers I was given there was no indication of what may have been wrong with him. I then had to pay 3011$. I then was given my dog who was still reluctant to walk and the vet left with no offer to help put him in the car. When I arrived home my dog was ok but he was so sleepy he just layer there, I then noticed he was urinating all over himself and the floor which is unlike him . Rang vet back to see if this was normal behaviour was advised yes due to the. Medication he has been prescribed, would have been handy to know prior to discharge. The only positive thing was staff where quite friendly.

Reviewed on GoogleI absolutely agree with the one star ratings. My housemates dog was seizuring for the first time, when I drove him to the vet the receptionist just sat there looking at us and refused to let us in because we had no masks with us. We had to call our usual vet to call them to let us in we were both crying until we eventually screamed let us in but she still sat there looking at us. Finally our vets called them and that’s when we were let in no shoes, only wearing pj’s. A mask is the last thing you carry when your dog is “dying” or is not in normal health. I made contact via email with the manager only to be told she would investigate it’s been months now and she has no contacted me back apologising or updating me on this incident.
Second incident was recent when I had to book my baby girl in to see the cardiologist. Unfortunately this is the only vet he attends. I was hung up on mid question after being rudely spoken to about the process of the appointment.
I honestly think they have paid people to write 5 star reviews because 3mths ago they were 2.3star rating and it’s odd to see so many 5 star ratings in a row.
Really concerned for all the future dogs that attend this clinic. Bless their beautiful souls
