When you ask for help to get something on the top shelf to only wait 10 minutes to then track down an employee to help you, again. It’s sorta managed like that I think. Certainly needs more diverse employees as a single male is not visible at all during my many visits. Gender discrimination? I hope not.

Parking is plentiful. Staff is friendly and helpful. Bought a bag of expensive food that my dog absolutely would not eat. The bag looked like the one she had, same color and name, but different ingredients and on wrong shelf. Staff took it back for exchange for correct one. Thanks!

Clean,well stocked and very friendly,helpful staff. Found everything I was looking for for my cats. Wish I had come here for a cat harness instead of Sante Fe Petsmart. I ended up having to order one online from Amazon for my cat and I try not to use Amazon anymore.Will always come here for my cat essentials when I’m wintering nearby.

So I went there looking for a life jacket for my dog only to find out that all they carried is giant life jackets that they think is a punishment. You should have seen my dog standing there looking at me saying, “now what did I do?”
